Ths leadership plays a crucial role in governance supervision, providing clear strategic direction to adapt to the continuous evolution of international markets,  including economic changes, regulatory developments, and technological transitions. Its goal is to ensure that all decisions remain aligned with organizational values, ethical conduct, transparent communication, and information sharing, thus promoting good governance practices.
